Terms and Conditions for Online Classes of The Ask Tutor
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all payments made for online classes ("Classes") provided by The Ask Tutor ("we", "us" or "our") to the student ("you" or "your").
Payment
1.1. All fees for Classes must be paid in advance before the start of the Class.
1.2. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if full payment is not received before the start of the Class.
1.3. Payments can be made through our online payment gateway or via bank transfer to our designated account. Details for payment will be provided upon registration.
Refunds
2.1. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or any technical difficulties, that prevent you from attending the Class, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or provide you with credit for future Classes.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Class at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, technical difficulties or insufficient enrolment.
3.2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative Class or a refund.
Intellectual Property
4.1. All materials provided in connection with the Classes, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and course materials, are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Classes.
Confidentiality
5.1. You agree to keep confidential all information provided to you in connection with the Classes, including but not limited to trade secrets, know-how, and any other confidential information.
5.2. You agree not to disclose any such information to any third party without our prior written consent.
By making payment for the Classes, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
